Proposed Caravan Specification Statement

The exact make and model of the static caravan have not been finalised. However, the proposed unit will be a standard, mobile single-unit static caravan with approximate dimensions of 11.0 metres in length and 3.7 metres in width.
The final selected caravan will strictly comply with the statutory definition and maximum legal size limits set out in Section 13(1) of the Caravan Sites Act 1968 (not exceeding 20m x 6.8m).
